This is the workshop you must attend to realize improvement in your business. You learn the fourteen functions in a successful business, the concept of the Perception of a Difference (POD) and the simple, proven steps for hiring employees that fit you, your current team, your culture. This workshop’s goal is your recognition of the unique difference your customers perceive; the difference that brings them back, and attracts new customers to you and your business.

Target Market Development
Using The 27 Questions
Once you have a clear understanding of your POD you need to identify the market segments that place value on that POD and are willing to spend money to get it. You will use the 27 Questions and the buying process to identify your target markets. The 27 questions help you decide on the best methods to reach customers in your target markets and how to focus your resources. This workshop’s goal is strengthening your POD and identifying the market segments that will be the focus of your marketing & sales plans.

Advanced POD
What are you selling? What is your Perception of a Difference?
Your success depends on maintaining your perception of a difference in your mind, your staff’s minds and your customer’s mind.
• If you are having difficulty clearly defining your POD this workshop takes you through a process that helps you clearly identify what you are selling and what your POD will be. The goal is to have you clearly identify your POD and the changes you need to make to optimize your company around it.

Sales Team Development
Selecting and hiring the best for you
Selecting, hiring those, who will sell your product, in your market. This workshop guides you in defining your sales needs and what you need in a sales force. You will look at methodologies for hiring sales people and select the one that will give you the right sales people for your products and their markets. Salesperson compensation that fits your individual products etc. will be the focus of after workshop consulting. Selling is an educational process. You must understand how it works and how to do it correctly; only then can you effectively work with customers and your salespeople. Once you learn the process, you learn how to apply it to your specific products in your target markets. If your markets are in different geographic areas, you must adapt your sales efforts to the culture of each geographic area. The goal of this workshop is to enable you sell profitably in each of your markets.
