About Us:

Paul Cocuzza

Paul has a long history in sales, rich in President's club memberships. He also has the wonderful attribute of not speaking until he knows what he wants to say. He combines a New York-New Jersey accent with Mid-western thinking, insight and attitude.

Paul's experience with different products and markets is valuable in helping you and your team to increase sales and customer loyalty. He has a history of earning the loyalty of his customers and can help you do the same. He understands that selling is an educational process for your customer and your sales team. This is the essence of sales and builds your profits.


David W. Miller

Dave is the strategist in our team. His personal selling experience has primarily been business to business with the prospect often being the design engineer, COO, or a buying committee. He has managed large sales organizations, and divisions of multinational corporations. His high level, large corporation experience has given him a keen appreciation for the role of strategic thinking and planning and the long view in business. We have fun chiding him about thinking strategically about every thing, but it has proven very valuable in our own planning and equally so to our clients.

Dave delivers the strategic view to your business by asking simple questions that make you climb the mountain and think about the future of your business and life. He finds our policies and beliefs a perfect fit for him because he proved their value in his large company leadership experiences.

Dave is a very effective workshop and program leader and reassuring counselor. He has the insight and judgment that only comes with experience. Experience in a different business culture and level than most people experience, that he is able to apply to your business while it is small and growing. We have found this valuable to us as we grow 7one geographically to help more business and company leaders. He has shown us how to do this with independent locally owned groups in each city we expand into. Dave's thinking process will help you, also.

Elleyne Kase

Elleyne is an information architect, whose talent is in creating marketing programs and marketing messages that work.

She is full of enthusiasm that excites and makes it fun to work with her. She has been very successful leading teams in major advertising organizations. Her experience can be key to your success.

Elleyne has authored several books, and has developed a Mind Mapping approach that makes it easy to remember complex information sets for several business disciplines. She shares our beliefs and love of serving, and will contribute great value to you.

Karri Godec

Tim Harrington

Tim Harrington is teacher, mentor, friend and fountain of ideas to all, who know him. He is and has been, a mentor to small business people, entrepreneurs with lofty dreams of helping others, teacher and University Dean. He has the spark that excites you to learn and apply new ideas and new approaches. Working with him you come to realize he embodies Albert Einstein’s belief that doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results, is insanity. He makes you think about this with questions, metaphors and quick wit.

Tim delivers this value to you as a leader in our workshops and Perception Of A Difference Programs, face-to-face as a mentor and most frequently as an advisor to the rest of us as we work with you. Of course, he shares our belief in honesty, and always thinking about what is best for you, then giving you nothing less.

Tim is involved in your project whether or not you actually see and talk with him, because we use him as an advisor for advice and counsel just as we want you to use us.

Adrienne Chanatsky

Adrienne is an astute listener, analytical, with great empathy for others. She combines this with long experience in the business world. These qualities make a great contribution to you and to all of us on the 7one team.

Wesley W. Zimmerman

I sometimes think of myself as the old geezer in this team but I am having too much fun with the wonderful people you have read about above, to be an old geezer. I founded WZA Inc. in 1981. In 2006 after several years of semi- retirement we began the task of building a new team that would continue the work of helping others and give what we had learned, continuing life and value to others on a much wider scale.

Tim, Dave, Elleyne, Paul, Karri, and Adrienne have come together to share the fun and their own different experience with you. I am their guide, spark plug, and sometimes teacher. I have given them the methods and ideas learned from hundreds of people I have known and worked with. They are using, honing and adding to it in subsidiary 7one Business Success System groups in Arizona and other cities. It is deeply satisfying work because we make a difference in the lives of everyone we work with.
